Assuming Jurati's Borg are canon, there's like one small group of them. Another Cooperative.
That is incorrect. The Jurati borg were created in the past of the prime timeline and also existed in the 25th century prime timeline. The Jurati borg came to exist because Jurati was assimilated by the queen from an alternate timeline.

I just wanted a finale for this crew better than Nemesis. This episode gave us that. Part of me doesn't even want to watch next week because this was perfect.

Technically the queen is from an alternate timeline, like Matalas says - they are an offshoot from an alternate timeline. That's what I said in my previous post. They exist because of the alternate timeline queen - an offshoot. But I'm just saying those borg have existed in the Prime timeline since 2023. Some people seem to think they've been or are in an alternate timeline all this time. As Matalas said, they have stayed out of history's way.
What hilariously awful timing for the show and characters to get misty about using Seven's Borg name.
Shaw should have called her Seven and then she said, "Yeah, screw that Borg bullshit, they literally just took over the damn fleet. I'm Commander Hansen now."
And regardless of whether it was meant to be a joke or something, her 'the robot' what... 30 seconds? 90 seconds? ... before really complicated that moment.
So if they've stayed out of history's way, where's the contradiction in Beverly's words?
So, he's basically adhering to the MCU's use of time travel theory in "Endgame" and Season 7 of "Agents of SHIELD". For me, I have yet to see any movie or television show use that theory with any good writing. And I'm including "Picard".
I hope you're right for the sake of this series. But even if the finale prove to be first-rate, it will not erase my mixed feelings for this season and this series overall.
This makes no sense since, according to the story, they are the same Borg that assimilated Picard and implanted the "irumodic syndrome" hidden DNA program.

Twice this season, I logged out of my e-mail at work and saw a headline spoiling that week's episode of Picard which had just dropped that day. I was disappointed and just averse to spoiling it for others.
Per what the Vaadwaur said in Dragon's Teeth, the "real" Borg already existed in the late 15th century. The main Collective had already been assimilating the Delta Quadrant for more than 500 years by the time Jurati was assimilated by the alternate Queen in 2024. They are clearly meant to be and portrayed as a completely separate faction.
