I'm sure your're a perfect saint who has NEVER, EVER, said ANY mean things or EVER wished bad things on another person (IRL or Online) in your long, long life.

Apparently you're a perfect person & saint who has "never done anything wrong", EVER, in your long life and needs no forgive-ness from anybody else, right?

You're the perfect judge of a random YT personality for one mean thing they said on some random video.

You go on judging him into eternity, because I'm sure you're the right person to judge him by since you're "Sooo Perfect, right?"

I know that I can say with absolute certainty that I've never wished death upon someone for simply writing or creating something that I didn't enjoy.

Some people falter, and they need forgiveness & compassion.

But hey, you hold that grudge against him for that one statement for eternity.

Single Nacelles are logistically simpler to maintain.

But Warp Rings are supposed 17% more Energy Efficient than a equivalent Dual Parallel Warp Nacelle, while allowing similar, if not faster speeds.

On the one hand having only one makes me feel uneasy. On the other in duel nacel configurations I've never seen a ship manage a warp bubble with just one so it isn't two it's just the one with two failure points.

When Ollie was going on her EVA, where was she? Top of the saucer?

Voyager did have to make Warp Speed with 1x working Nacelle, it was limited and they had no working Deflector Dish.

It ended badly for them, but it was either make a ill advised Warp Jump, or die where they stood moment.

So they took the ill advised Warp Jump at slow speeds and Voyager's hull was perforated like swiss cheese.

Not sure, but it was wherever she needed to be to see the Large Bird of Prey coming and do throw her "KameHameHa" Lightning Bolt at the ship.

I imagine single nacelle starships are used for low risk missions where redundancy is not a requirement. Scout ships, within Federation borders patrol ships (Nelson, Hermes, Saladin, Larson style starships). Survey ships (USS Archer). In Federation Space colony movers and survey ships (USS Kelvin?).

IIRC the NX-01 went to warp warp with one working one nacelle at some point in season 3

This needs to stop now. I'm out of town for the holiday and most trips I don't have my laptop with me, but this is an exception. I want all personal arguments in this thread to stop. I don't follow Trekyards myself so I don't feel qualified to judge them. But let's stick to the original topic.

Ok. But you should tell HotRod to not get so upset whenever somebody posts a TrekYards video or any other Trek related video he might not like because ___ host said something mean at some random time in the past and he holds a grudge against them every single time their video gets posted again. This isn't the first time he's done this to a TrekYards video posting.

The key difference is, he's kept his complaints limited to a YT channel that doesn't post on the board (and again, I don't follow them enough to judge the politics). Your comments are way too personal, and you've been here long enough to know better. I generally try to be reasonably lenient.

As such, and after discussing the complaints with some of the other mods, I'm giving you an infraction for flaming. Comments can be directed to PM or MA.
