Rumor: Lego Horizon Zero Dawn theme game

Out of all of Sony's properties to adapt to Lego, I wasn't expecting Horizon Zero Dawn. I would have thought something like Uncharted would have been a better fit. I wonder if that won't be far behind, and if we can expect a Lego God of War too.

It's not the type of game I'd play, but it sure looks adorable! And it's probably gonna help selling a lot more Horizon LEGO sets, lol.

It looks a lot more fun then regular Horizon, not that that isn't fun this just is a lot more upbeat.

Actually looks like quite a lot of fun, but at the same time, I can't help but feel like there's a mismatch in the tone, making a Lego game feel at odds.

Can you explain your feelings / thoughts?

I think it's refreshing. It's the same world but less grim. I like it.

If they can make things like the Jurrasic Park/World, and LOTR fit the LEGO style I don't see why Horizon would be any different.
As a big fan of both the LEGO games and the first Horizon, this looks like it'll be a must play for me once I get a PS5.

It's difficult to put it into thoughts, but it's not so much that Horizon's world was grim, but that it was grounded. Seeing a lego game take place in that same world, which I'm sure is going to be a lot of fun, feels like quite a departure where they're doing a lot of silly things. That's my initial impression upon seeing the trailer, and I'm sure the gameplay will be just fine.
