I wonder if the part where Gwyn is climbing up in a huge chasm is at the edge of one of those mega cities on Solum.

Also curious to see that the prodigies are in "civilian" clothing at the end of the trailer.

Heh, given that Dal seems to be sneaking up on a secretive Janeway and Tysess (on what is probably not the main bridge of the Voyager-A), maybe Janeway doesn't enlist them outright for dangerous commando missions to retrieve Chakotay but the Protogies invite themselves.Janeway may be wellowing in her old age

Allthough Gwyn clearly rejoins the Protogies for at least some missions, she is not wearing the same uniform as Dal, Rok and Jankom. Allthough the underlying reason for that is probably that animation is expensive and thus the reuse the same assets as much as possible, in-story it may mean that she still won't have the same status as the others (guest or exchange crewmember/"observer" vs starfleet interns/cadets?).

Also Gwen's uniform is beautiful. Like it needs to be the Starfleet norm for everyone.

I’m glad everyone seems pumped for this. Admittedly, the trailer didn’t do a lot for me, except make me realise how video-gamey the animation often looks (the human characters have a very uncanny valley feel for me, making me of wish this was an all-alien show). I imagine it didn’t have as high a budget as it maybe needed. But I’m gonna give it a go, I did enjoy much of season one. Looks like I’ll be renewing my Netflix subscription for a month!
