To be fair, they can only use the Tillman Water Reclamation Plant for so many things. Eventually you need a second facility.
 
Vasquez Rocks is in everything from Blazing Saddles to The Muppet Movie. Everybody shoots there. Trek was hardly unique in that regard.

Personally, if I ever ran into fans shooting a film in a Japanese tea garden I'd skip their camera over stepping stones and into the nearest pool of water.

Indeed. I just found this trailer on YouTube by chance today, and came here to see if it had been posted. :)

Hope they can keep to the listed date. With all the pre-production and design videos that were posted, I'm looking forward to see this finally. :)

Could you please post the orthogaphic renders of the ships? Including those two nx class ships that I'm interested in?
