Not me. Four double-digit seeds? That'd be almost too much. For teh most part, I want to see the best teams in the Final Four, but it does add some some spice when at least one of the four teams is a much lower than expected seed, ala George Mason.

The angle I haven't heard played up as much is UNC vs Kansas. Maybe it's not all that interesting, but I kind of like the story of Roy Williams in his new digs playing the team which made his name such a hot commodity. Of course, I'm not sure how many Jayhawks are originally his recruits.

I would say, probably none. He's coached five years at UNC, so it's unlikely he would have recruited any kids at Kansas. Not unless he recruited them as high school underclassmen.

I wasn't suggesting four double digit seeds in the Final Four, but one or two isn't a bad thing. Four of the same ole powerhouse teams don't excite me that much in regards to the tourney. Since Roy left Kansas voluntarily and wasn't ousted, it's not quite as interesting as if he'd been canned and was seeking revenge. The historic UNC/KU program angle seems more interesting to me, though I'll probably only watch the last 10 minutes of any of these games as it is.

My bracket is dead.

Stupid Texas...

:scream:

My bracket is treading water right now. My hope lies in Kansas.

I was hoping that at least one team that wasn't a number one seed made it (I had two in my bracket). March Madness advertises itself on upsets, so the best -ranked four teams making it is a bit disappointing.

Well, I had the other three right. I just thought Texas would beat Memphis. I went with the theory that there was no way all four #1 seeds would get in....

a pretty solid theory. If given the chance, I might have changed my Memphis pick to Texas, I was worried about that one...

I had Texas winning as well. I'm still in the running though, if UCLA beats Kansas in the title game, it's all mine. :)

Best I can do now is 4th. That's if UNC beats UCLA in the finals.

I guess 4 out of 24 isn't too bad.

Last year I still had a shot at winning at the final four.

Stupid Bruins.

The worst I can finish is 14th.

We have seven possible winners as of now:

Bubbles - Memphis wins
Scout - UNC over UCLA
Hurricane Bill - UNC over Memphis
Cash Cow Extravaganza - Kansas over Memphis
YouDee - Kansas over UCLA
Inklingstar - UCLA over Kansas
Pegaritaville - UCLA over UNC

last night was the exact opposte of what I needed, I'm out. sucks to have all 4 of the final four, and tank the last two games...

I'd be much more worked up about my disappointment if I hadn't sniffed all that glue last night.

I'm tearing it up in my YMCA Youth League 14-16 age group tournament bracket. I totally knew the Fast Breakers were going to rise up and crush the MySpace Dudes.

I've clinched the BBS Women's NCAA Tourney bracket. Go Lady Vols!

There are what - two? - people in the Trekbbs women's pool?

My Dad hates Pat Summitt and the Lady Vols - something to do with them always beating Purdue.

If Memphis wins I get $50, if Kansas wins I get $25. Sadly, my Dad's threatening to steal some of my winnings as a commission for letting me enter his work pool. Hmph.

Stealing is wrong! Tell your Dad that. Purdue? Yeah, they're a cute little team. I believe Tennessee destroyed them a few rounds back in the exhibition rounds of the tournament.

It matters not how many people are in the bracket. What matters is winning it all. It's not my fault that the rest of you were too scared to take on the challenge.

I'm prepping my Allen County Baseball District 3-AA tournament bracket right now. Sign up if any of you have the guts to take me on there.
