Do they really look 24th century? This supposed to be 22nd century just after the NX Class...I just spotted the 24th century style Jefferies Tube hatches! Like the warning tape - a sensible addition![]()

big doors are inner access doors with an additional door flush with the hull.Do those big doors open to space? Very practical design, if so
Loving those Jefferies Tube hatches BTW, a great blend of industrial and futuristic
A bit hard to see details - image size seems limited to 1024x724What is peoples opinions on the new look? I sincerely apologise for the long wait.
From the FAQ thread: The most reliable place is in your own bought-and-paid-for webspace. You can either buy some or use one of the numerous free hosting services, such as imgur.com, tinypic.com, flickr.com or postimage.org.I have fixed the size issue. What is the best way to get an image uploaded directly to the comment instead of linking it?
Thanks for that, I was looking at my posts and couldn't work out how I had posted those images.@Admiral Danev, uploading images directly to your posts is actually one of the perks of a premium membership of the board.
But apart from that, you should also be able to just posts your images from deviantart. It’s difficult to find something official from them on this, but as far as I’m aware they seem to be fine with hot-linking images. So you should be able to just grab an image URL from your dA account (right-click and then “Copy Image URL” ) and insert that into your posts here in-between image tags [ IMG ] [ /IMG ] (without the spaces) or by clicking theicon.![]()
Alternatively there’s all the options that @B.J. is listing. imgur.com is the one I use myself.![]()
I like it, especially the ship trace which helpd give scale to the overall size of the vessel. And again, I considered the idea of adding colour to the blueprints, but for the moment I think it prefer the blue and white traditional look.
It’s something I’ve considered but not come up with a design that I like, especially with the steps also in this area…I like it, especially the ship trace which helpd give scale to the overall size of the vessel.
Should there be a door on the starboard side of the Bridge? If visitors are coming to the see the captain in his Ready Room you might not want them peeping into the command centre!![]()
That raised platform on the Bridge has a lot to answer for! It’s something I’ve considered but not come up with a design that I like, especially with the steps also in this area…
