On a side note, I had been sort of secretly rooting for Keamy all season based on a vague personal connection to the actor from years ago, but this episode sealed it: I reallllllly hope he gets killed off by season's end. Horribly and brutally. Maybe twice.

I have to say, I really think Kevin Durand (the guy who plays Keamy) is a pretty good actor. The first role I saw him was in The Collector (he played the Devil in the form of a bus driver) in which his character was charmingly menacing, but in a "I am the Devil" rather than a "I'm going to cut your throat" kind of way. Now in Lost, when we first see Keamy, he seems like a pretty friendly guy, but now he's kind of psychopathic. I found all three of his assumed personalities quite convincing.

He also played a Gou'ald, Lord Zipacna, in Stargate SG-1.

Every time I see the actor, I keep thinking of that hat. :D

Whenever I see him in a tv/movie, I'll always think of his as Zipacna. Even on Lost, because I can never remember how to say his damn name.

Hadn't realized Kevin Durand had been in so many things. He's great at playing the douchebag.

I didn't even know it was him until I read this thread. Hell, I watch an episode and then visit this forum to see the 100,203 things which I completely missed in the episode. They should have worked in a SG-1 reference or something, make his eyes glow after killing the doctor maybe, or have him saying "I COMMAND YOU!" to the rest of his shipmate minions. :p

Bloody good episode. "Move the Island" ???? :wtf: Between this and nBSG, its good times to be a Cult TV viewer right now.

Anyone else think that Lockes young mother from the beginning of the episode looked a lot like Claire? Also Keamy and Bonnie from the looking glass station look like they could be related. Not that they are or that it's part of the actual show, (they're not) just that they looked like they're related.

Above Average! A very strong above average to be sure but not quite Excellent.

I'm late to the party so I'll read the thread before commenting. But this episode was good all around. The Lost writers once again combine a great plot with great characters and the end product is great! :) More please!

Awesome show. It took me about halfway through the premiere to get into it. The TV version is heavily edited for swearing. My girls love it. They can't watch the DVDs though.

It's on SciFi from time to time.

If anyone was wondering if they should quit checking the spoiler page, now would be a good time. :D Just sayin'. :D

I'll be seriously annoyed if Claire is dead. For several reasons. One, it renders the whole point of Charlie's sacrifice completely in vain (she and Aaron were meant to be on the helicopter). Two, the whole thing about 'the baby must not be raised by another'. Three, she's easily IMO the most beautiful girl on the island, and I'll be so pissed if they write her out.
