Kirk chair build controls and switches

Does anyone know were I can get the switches controls for the arms
Looking to finish it ASAP

How many of us would like a captains chair in our living rooms (or mancaves)?

I didn't want the "full rig" in my house, thought it'd be a bit much; chose to go "stealth geek" mode instead and just have a Madison chair, the chair used as the basis of "the conn" (though I did use a swivel base from the same chair used in "The Trouble With Tribles" and "Spock's Brain").
