James Cameron says #AvatarFireAndAsh is ~3 hours long • Fire clan are the villains• Wind Traders will appear — a nomadic tribe that travels through the air

I was extremely bored during the first 90-100 minutes of watching Avatar 2. It was as if they had stolen the 'underwater documentaries' and the 1993 children's movie 'Free Willy In' and made a science fiction movie. When the action started in the last 90-100 minutes, I felt like I was being showered. I hope Avatar 3 won't be like Avatar 2. It will be 'full of action, full of action'. And it won't get boring at all. Also, Avatar 2 made me feel like it was 3 hours and 15 minutes long.

I enjoyed them both. I am just hoping my 3D TV lasts long enough for part 3 to be released (hopefully) on 3D bluray.

Avatar is probably one of the best 3D blurays in my collection. James Cameron really knocked it out of the park with the visuals. So grateful I was able to see the movie as he intended it to be seen.

Part II was also great in 3D, but I think Part I's 3D looked a little bit better. Not sure how to describe why, but those who have seen both in 3D probably can better articulate what I mean.

I've got to disagree here, I appreciated the fact that the movie actually took time to develop the characters and the new clan and all of that before it got into more of the action.

I started part 2, turned it off after 10 minutes. I should probably try it again, but except for being really pretty, as a movie the first one was only really good once. It doesn't hold up during a rewatch.

It’s fun watching in 3D. Only scene I didn’t like was the whale killing scene. That was a bit much

I still haven't watched the second one. I was dealing with an eye issue at the time it came out, and while I enjoyed the first movie, I just couldn't compel myself to go see it.

Cameron says they're on track to meet the release date... "We’ve doubled the number of shots finished at this stage of the game than we had on movie two (and) the films are about equal length. So that puts us well ahead of the curve, which is something I’ve never, frankly, experienced before. We’re getting to the point where we’re actually getting good at this".

I seen both of them and liked them, I find the 3D version is a chore for me to watch though, I can only take it for about 20 minutes then have to close my eyes and listen for a bit to prevent the glasses giving me a headache.

James Cameron says a few people have already seen ‘AVATAR: FIRE AND ASH’:“The feedback has been it's definitely the most emotional and maybe the best of the three so far… It's pretty heart-wrenching in a good way.”

I found the second movie excelled in giving the characters emotional depth. I enjoyed the various family dynamics. If the third movie matches that, amazing.
