Is Migleemo an Aurelian?

Another member of a different avianoid race was Dr Chu-sa, of the USS Surak (a ship featured in the DC Comics set between ST III and ST IV). He was Spock's CMO:

Quite a few avianoids popped up in the novels and comics.

Birdies for everyone! You get a birdie, and you get a birdie, and YOU get a birdie!
It's just not a starship if you don't occasionally find a feather on the bridge!

As mentioned above, the Aurelians and Skorr seem to be distantly related — I think that Migleemo is a different more parroty species. There are zillions of mammalian races, I don’t think having three or four avian races is pushing things.

He seems to possess features of corvids, parrots, phasianids, White-Eyes, and if the brief scene between him and Freeman in the "Naked Time" drill is any indication, ratites as well.

I've been wondering what his native language sounds like...is it like Cockatoo gibberish?
The fact that he has a full name that humans can at least sort of pronounce leads me to doubt that it's just "bird noises".
