How old is Spock, Pike, Una and Chapel in Strange New Worlds?

Pike is presumably of approximate age to Philippa Georgiou, given he claimed on Disco to have attended Starfleet Academy with her.
Philippa was born in 2202, so yeah, pike would be somewhere around that.
Back in the day for the '93 Star Trek Chronology they just used the actors ages during TOS. But the Kelvinverse did it's own thing (IDW did a profile thing with everyone's birth year and it had some changes beyond Chekov) and SNW is taking continuity somewhat loosely, so it could be anything.
Spock is 29. His date of birth hasn’t changed.
With Pike, it depends on his date of birth. He is supposed to be in his early 30s in The Cage, meaning he should be in his late 30s or even 40 in SNW. But both the Kelvinverse movies and DIS suggest he’s in his mid-50s.
With Una, she may have been intended to be in her late 20s in The Cage, and thus in her mid ‘30s in SNW. But her Illyrian heritage opens the door that she might be much older than she appears.

Fortunately, there's nothing that states his age outright in "The Cage" ("The Menagerie" is a different story, but Mendez's line would make Pike more like mid-20s in "The Cage", so it's probably best left ignored). Therefore, one could argue that Pike is more in his late-30s/early-40s for "The Cage", which is a better fit for the midlife crisis he was experiencing, and then his age in the newer shows lines up a bit better.
But midlife in Trek's world is, like, 60.
Spock and Chapel seem like late 20s/early 30s, Una is late 30s, Pike is late 40s/early 50s.
Yup. I believe you are right. Even though Mendez said Pike was around Kirk's age in tos mid 50s and mid 30s would probably be considered close in age since humans are living longer lives in the 23rd century. Like picard people are aging better and slower where in their 90s they are still active.
I say 30's for the younger characters, 40-50 for Pike and upper crewmen.
Anson Mount is 50 years old as of 2023. And he looks bloody good for a 50 year old anyway so he could be late 40s or mid 50s in Trek. I don't think it matters too much.
