To celebrate, I'm releasing a new TREK Sketches (Star Trek comedy) video called:
"LENS FLARES"
This is my loving spoof of JJ Abrams's Star Trek. >>> "When the Enterprise's newest lieutenant is called upon to save the ship from a Klingon attack, he finds himself up against an unstoppable opponent -- the ship's relentless LENS FLARES!"

This one's a parody of "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation" called:
"Chekov's Christmas Vacation"
It's Christmastime on the Enterprise and Chekov finds himself in a cutthroat competition with Sulu to be the ship's king of Christmas. However, things quickly go awry when Chekov's family arrives.

Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed it. I had a blast making it. This was my way of celebrating my favorite Christmas movie and my favorite sci-fi franchise at the same time. (And those were two of my favorite parts too.)
I just saw that one and really enjoyed it. Loved the references to the Orville, Galaxy Quest, and B5/Crusade.

"The Path of Honor"
A new mission, a new foe, and introducing an untested and unprepared crew of CSO cadets who are tasked with saving the ship and all that call her home. This final installment of the USS Defiant (NCC-1764) missions brings back the crew from the Spacegate Station Star Trek Trilogy and provides the closing chapter to the legacy of the Defiant. (parts 1 and 2 are combined in this video).

I'm kinda going out of order here chronologically, but here's my latest fan film, "The Allegheny", which is itself a remake of the scene from Star Trek: The Motion Picture where Kirk and Scotty inspect the refitted Enterprise via shuttlecraft. In this case, the ship is a Galaxy-class refit, and the commanding officer is Captain Victor Clark (as portrayed by me LOL). Here is the youtube link:
PLOT:The year is 2377, in the 24th century. Four years after the disastrous Ulysses Incident, in which most of the crew of the USS Ulysses were lost in the line of duty, Captain Victor Clark has rebuilt his life, and proven to be a capable starship commander in spite of his past failure. As a result, and due in part to the losses sustained during the Dominion War, Clark is selected to take command of a newly-refitted Galaxy-class starship, the USS Allegheny NCC-71965. In this video we see Clark arrive via shuttlecraft to dock aboard the USS Allegheny, and take command for what will be his ultimate redemption.
BEHIND THE SCENES: This scene was inspired by the scene from "Star Trek: The Motion Picture" in which Admiral Kirk sees the refitted original Enterprise for the first time. I have always wanted to do this scene using models, but I wanted to use a drydock for the scene, and there are no drydock model kits that I am aware of. So I elected to record angles of the USS Allegheny from Star Trek Online, and added a shuttlecraft from the same game to the scenes via greenscreen. The scenes of the shuttle cockpit were filmed using a Zoom background, to make it appear that I was inside a shuttlecraft when in reality I was sitting on a metal foldout chair in my bedroom!
I intend on uploading a new version of "The Ulysses Incident" eventually, as that takes place first, but I have to do some work on it first.
