This is hilarious! She can't own one of those I know because another DC hero would be mad. 
What, no Heathcliff? And, is the one bottom center Tom?
He's next to the Record Player.
Somebody needs to number the cats in the image and then we can all play along. I can probably get more than half, but I'm too lazy to really think about it.

Yeah, it's Garfield. They look similar though.
At first I thought Heathcliff was at the window, but I think it's Hobbes for Calvin & Hobbes. Heathcliff, along with a few others famous cat characters are missing (like Furball from Tiny Toons, Dr. Seuss's Cat in the Hat, and Hello Kitty).

No Fritz the cat either, but he's probably more obscure than most cartoon cats.

5 & 25 both look like Snowball II.
7 is Felix, 13 is whatever the cat was from the Pepe LePew cartoons, 23 might be Tom.

23 looks like Tom about the time his appearance changed. plus there are pieces of (apparently) Jerry in front of him
