10. I rather thought the dumbest part was when he confronted Ru'afo alone. Given the uneasy nature of their relationship and Ru'afo's demonstrated volatility, you'd think he'd have at least one security guard present. Well, he paid the price for that.
9. I've pointed that one out before. just how did the Bak'u manage to exile the Son'a in the first place, and why are they unable to do so again? Maybe there's a good reason for it (and there's easy fixes available), but the film doesn't even consider it. And yes, if the Son'a had just revealed their ties to the Bak'u upfront it would have been an internal matter and it wouldn't even have been appropriate for the Federation to be involved with it in the first place.
No comment on the rest of it beyond that INS does indeed have many issues.
