Where on Earth?

A favorite hangout when I was a kid:

I thought this was an interesting picture and I thought it was in New York so I concentrated on that city for a while. However than I happen to notice that you had the answer in the URL of the photo. So now I know it is the Fremont Troll which is located under the Aurora Bridge in Seattle, Washington.

Anyway my second photo has not been solved yet

Clue - for the answer I will just accept the large island on which these trees grow.
They're baobab trees, and the large island would perhaps be Madagascar?

That is correct. It is the Avenue of the Baobab near Morondava, Madagascar.

I think all the current photos have been identified so I will add this one. Let me know if you would like a clue.

^^ It's a church in Iceland with a funny name...well, not funny but Icelandic. I saw it recently in a travel show where they went to Iceland...at least I think it was Iceland, it was somewhere in that part of the world.

Yes, it is Hallgrimskirkja (Hallgrim's church) located in Reykjavik, Iceland. The statue in front of the church is of Leif Eriksson.

We need another photo.

^Oh yeah!

That's where I've seen that before, it's a National Park, I knew I've seen that, somewhere.
