Snowed for a bit this afternoon. Not for too long, but it was heavy enough to turn our lawns white.

Then I check the weather, and there's a weather advisory for possible snow flurries tonight with possible accumulation of 5 - 10 cm??

Same! According to the official stats, we had 9 cm in the last 24 hours! I can't say that it seemed to be a full 9 cm deep, but it was certainly weird to get up and see everything covered in white again this morning.

It was sunny for most of the day, and we did get above freezing, so most of it has melted away again by this evening, but there are still patches of it on the ground, especially in areas that don't get much direct sunlight.

Someone I was talking to yesterday mentioned that somewhere in northern Ontario got over 20cm, so what we had here ended up seeming not so bad in comparison.

It's finally stopped being cold pretty much entirely, but I won't be surprised if it randomly becomes like winter again because it keeps flip-flopping between feeling perfectly warm and getting inches of snow.
