What should I watch before Star Trek Section 31?

My mom & I have watched up to Discovery's season 4 premiere and Prodigy season 1. No Picard, Lower Decks or Strange New Worlds yet. Just haven't had the time to coordinate our schedules. Since S31 aired very recently, I want to know if there's other seasons of Discovery or other shows we should watch first to not get spoiled by it.

I know Section 31 will give all necessary exposition, but if it connects to something seen before, I'd like to see that first.

You're fine, it follows up on Disco, Georgiou's plot mainly anything else just vaguely, nothing else you need to have seen at all.
