You forgot the most important one...still.. a dearth of Star Trek hats. I'm by no means a scholar of Trek headgear, but if we narrow it down just to Starfleet, the examples are few (and the Niners baseball cap doesn't count)
NX-01 Cap
Disco Era Desert Hood (arguably non-uniform, as this may have been a disguise)
Starfleet Security Helmet Thing (TOS era movies)
Goofy Prison Guard Ballcap (TOS era movies)
Kelvin Era enlisted cap
Kelvin Era officer's combo hat
24th Century Desert Hood (if a minor variation of the Disco hood, then the Disco desert gear is this uniform AND possibly the longest lasting bit of Starfleet uniform 0o )
I rest my case. Not enough hats. Only Abrams has understood the importance of hats.
That must have been Mirror Universe meYou forgot the most important one...
(and we even have an entire Thread specifically about it in which you even posted - #4)

Of all the 24th century Trek, I find the Voyager uniforms the best. I think the bright splash of colour on the shoulders works. The FC unis look too dark, too heavy (and somehow have a waistcoat underneath. What temperature do they keep their starships?) and the TNG ones baggy and ugly.Meh. But my fave Trek uniforms were the black and greys. My LEAST fave were the Voy/early DS9. When First Contact came out, Siskel and Ebert said something like it was the first time they had ever seen Trek people dressed in real-looking uniforms and not in some kind of spacey pajamas. :-)
I’m sure the men could wear it as well. Just gives a little more variation.
No! Though switching back to TOS pattern would be acceptable, as would including security to the red with command (I think it is that way in STO?)I wouldn't mind seeing them mix up the division colours again. Perhaps blue for command, red for operations/engineering and gold for medical and sciences.

Yes! Blue was the command colour in the 29th century and it looked fine. No! Though switching back to TOS pattern would be acceptable, as would including security to the red with command (I think it is that way in STO?)
Purple in the Relativity version. With burgundy for ops and grey for sciences.Yes! Blue was the command colour in the 29th century and it looked fine.
Admiral Ross' grey and black was probably the most practical-looking Admiral's uniform we saw in Trek. Why can’t somebody design a practical admirals uniform?
That preview one from Picard is hideous.Laughably bad.

Although that uniform is remarkably similar to the one worn by Admiral Nakamura in Season 2 of TNG. The resemblance is pretty startling. Picard's Admiral's uniform is not out of line with anything we saw in TNG and not by a longshot.
I definitely prefer these JJ Abrams' inspired costumes on well fitted performers.I think it's a great design and nod to both TNG and DS9. The new costumes since the 2009 reboot have all been quite good.
