What Animated Characters Would You Like to See in ST: Legacy?

If Star Wars can create a Live Action Ashoka Tano, what Animated Star Trek character would you want to appear in a Live Action Star Trek: Legacy (assuming it ever gets made)?

For me it's Dal R'El from Prodigy. He'd be 35 or 36 in 2402, so it would be interesting to see how his life turned out.

Indeed. That's a "cut off your nose to spite your face" type of attitude. Though Roddenberry espoused the same idea so Lord Terry is indeed holding up Roddenberry's vision.

A more practical reason why we might not see any animated characters in Legacy, particularly if the animated shows are still in production is that they wouldn't want to "spoil" anything revealing the characters are active twenty years after where their shows are set. You'll note we did not start seeing animated Star Wars characters in live action productions until after Clone Wars and Rebels were complete.

Really. It seems like some speculation makes Matalas come off as a self-important dick. That's really not fair, and it's not consistent with his persona in interviews, at all.

Agreed, I find the posters gut feeling questionable.

I do think its more likely Lower Decks characters to show up, because it seems Prodigy's showrunner appears to be more territorial about characters then the other series.

Probably because animated Trek is treated differently.
