I loved Sonya Gomez, I felt they should've kept her around as a secondary character and she's darn cute! Imagine my surprise when I just found out she was the slutty, ridden-hard-looking three-breasted woman in Total Recall!

To clarify, Lycia Naff played Ensign Sonya Gomez in "Samaritan Snare" and "Q Who." She's notable for spilling hot chocolate on Captain Picard, being polite to the computer, and being cute as the dickens. (And for going on to be the lead character of the Corps of Engineers eBook series.) She also played a three-breasted Martian mutant prostitute in Total Recall, although all three of the displayed breasts were prosthetic. They cast her because her bust was small enough not to get in the way of the "cleavage" portions of the appliance.
She was in "Q Who?" the episode that introduced the Borg. She also had a smaller part in the next episode that introduced the Pakleds.
She's the little cutie that spilled her hot chocolate on Picard down in Engineering in the teaser of 'Q Who?'.

I've often wondered how you pronounce Lycia Naff's first name. I used to assume it was "Lee-sha," as in "Alicia," but it could conceivably be "Liss-ee-ah" (by analogy with Lydia) or "Lye-see-ah."

Bit of trivia -- Lycia Naff really does have three breasts, which is one of the reasons she was cast in Star Trek. They figured it was alien enough and there was supposed to be an episode where we see her in a three-cupped bikini top.
