USS Enterprise-E vs the Jem'Hadar cruisers/battleships?

I've always wanted to know what win in a one-on-one battle? The USS Enterprise NCC-1701-E or the Jem'Hadar's largest ships?
It pissed me right off, that Paramount opted not to make a movie with the Next Generation crew fighting against the Dominion!
So I would like to know other peoples' thoughts on this subject!
I personally think the Enterprise-E would come out on top against any of the Jem'Hadar's vessels!
Perhaps, this is because the Enterprise-E is my favorite ship of them all!

They opted out because showing the Enterprise E fighting the Dominion in the movies would be WAY too fanboyish, and most casual viewers wouldn't know who the Dominion are. Klingons and Romulans are more familiar to casual viewers who don't actually watch trek much. Borg not as much but better known than the Dominion. But I'm sure the Enterprise E would kick some Dominion ass, and probably the same goes for the the Intrepid and Voyager's sister ships seeing how Voyager was able to handle borg attacks alone ;)

As opposed to Ba'ku and Son'a?

Introduced just for the movie and fairly inconsequential - to feature the Dominion a move would have to have a half hour introduction explaining what happened to get to this point, and crucially, the Dominion were DS9's villains, not TNGs.

As for the OP's question - the Enterprise-E could doubtless do very well against the big-mutha dominion battleships, after all she does OK against the Scimitar once it loses it's cloak and that is just as big and mean.

Fundamentally one-on-one comparisons don't count though. If one ship had a clear advantage the other would be wise just to retreat and fight another day. If the fight is close whenever possible the attacker would wait for a favourable situation and probably bring friends.

It did not matter, for example, in WW2 that Bismarck was more than a match for any one British battleship, for although she sunk Hood, the British fleet that eventually caught her she was no match for whatsoever.
