Things Lower Decks should bring back

Last edited:
Amelia Earhart! Having the Cerriros check in on a colony of 1930s humans acclamating to an alien world in the 24th Century could certainly provide comedy. Amelia should end up taking a whirl at piloting the Cerritos. I'd even support pairing her up with Captain Bateson, given their similar situations.

Didn’t that happen in the Delta Quadrant though?

Yes, and the episode states that the ship that abducted the humans was destroyed in the revolt. But it wouldn't be impossible for some other tech from the race to be found or, built upon in such a way that the 37s end up a lot closer to Earth than at the end of the episode.

I would love to see Shelby come back in some animated form. She's probably a retired admiral by now.

The original Lower Deckers (Sam Lavelle, Taurik, and Alyssa Ogawa), now respectively Captain, Chief Engineer, and Chief Medical Officer of their very own starship.

Ideally the episode involving them would be called Upper Decks.
Now that would be cool. Just recently rewatch that episode.

She's a Captain, we saw her in season 2's An Embarrassment of Dooplers. Her Memory Alpha page includes a picture.
I wonder who got promoted first? her or Riker? also wish the Shelby (Captain) and Elizabeth Dennehy's Shelby were the same person.
