"There's No Place Like Home, Parts II & III" Live Commentary

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH! I should have known it was Locke in the coffin!!! Talk about a WTF? ending! Wow...

 so he had to move the island again, presumably to keep it out of CW's clutches again... ?

I CALLED IT! Couple months ago on here I theorized that it was Locke in the coffin and sure 'nuff!

well, i must say that i am satisfied with this chapter of lost, and am excited to see the next one. this episode was jam-packed with action and adventure, as well as a few lost-ian twists, not to mention some good ol' fashioned ass whuppin on sayid's part. very pleased.
sad about jin, however. michael is kinda meh, since we havent really seen him in two years minus an episode this season, but jin has always been there, and i'm surprised that sun doesnt go off the deep end, she just lets it make her stronger.

locke? wtf?

Wow. The Penny-Desmond reunion alone completely justified my watching of this show for the past two seasons. The Locke reveal paled in comparison to how amazing that moment was. The music, the acting, everything.

One of the best TV moments I've ever seen. Penny and Desmond are the greatest television love story I've ever seen.

I'm waiting for the actors to come out and say if their contracts have been renewed now... I'm not entirely sure what roles Desmond and others have in the future.

Locke was my original choice last year. That changed to Michael and for a while tonight I thought Ben. But it was definitely Michael.

Cruel how the six deserted all the extras on the boat. Showed you how important they were. ;)

Excellent, excellent season. This show is back in a big way.

I love Desmond and Penny as well and was so happy to see them get together again. I don't know what it is about that particular pairing that makes it work so well, but it does.

Someone above mentioned that they speculated months ago that it might be Locke. I remembered that when they showed it was him.

As for Jin, I still don't think he's dead :p

Ok, but the key here is that would either Ben or Michael dying drive Jack to the point of suicide? Heck no. Locke on the other hand would've, even though they've always been at odds with each other with the whole faith/reason thing.

I'll say what I said in the other thread: Locke is not dead. Well, not exactly. They're bringing him back to the Island and he'll come back alive. Why else bring him back?
