"There's No Place Like Home, Parts II & III" Live Commentary

Even if Jin jumped off the boat, he can't swim faster than the helicopter - therefore, he's stuck out in open water with no boats around and no island. He can't have survived that.

And Claire! Why doesn't she want Aron back on the island if everyone else is going nuts by not going back?

I'll say what I said in the other thread: Locke is not dead. Well, not exactly. They're bringing him back to the Island and he'll come back alive. Why else bring him back?

Zombies!!

The next season will be a fight to survive. Old cast members are reanimated by Jeffrey Coombs

Boone
Ecko
Even that guy that exploded from holding dynamite

Unless Christian (Jacob?) somehow saved him, which is what I think happened with Michael. If both Michael and Jin turn out to have died, though, I'm going to be REALLY confused. That would mean the reason Michael couldn't kill himself was just so that he could be around to think of the liquid nitrogen and buy Des and Jin five measly minutes? And then only Desmond makes it out...that wouldn't sit right with me, but I guess even if that's what ends up happening the writers will explain it in a way that seems awesome. At least that's what I HOPE, based on 4 years so far of very little disappointment. ;)

3 hours of non-stop awesomeness!!! :D I wish I was here with you guys when it was on, but I was here in spirit... like a dead lostie! :) So much to think about!

I'm not entirely sure what roles Desmond and others have in the future.

Desmond has to protect Penny from Ben.

Well, Michael did ensure Desmond and the other seven got off the boat on time and did a good job sabotaging the ship.

Good explaination, D-man. I can live with that. Especially since Christian showed up to tell Michael he can 'go' now.

I still don't get ... if 'bad things happened' to those left on the island - and the only ones left on the island are [Locke and his 'others], [the rest of the losties] and [Claire and Christian/Jacob]; who is doing 'bad things' to the losties, Locke and his others?

Is it Claire and Christian/Jacob?

If Jacob/Island is punishing the everyone on the island because the O6 left, then why doesn't Claire want Kate to bring Aron back?

And did Sun contact Widmore to help him or hurt him?

(The camera pans over the lid of the coffin. Who will it be?)
Me: NotLockeNotLockeNotLockeNotLocke...
(It's Locke.)
Me: Dammit!

I knew it was Locke way back when we first saw that scene!:p

Yet they have to drag his body back?

Awww...Sawyer turns out to be the hero :techman:

And the donkey wheel :lol: Where the hell on the island (how far underground) is it that cold!

I guess the losties back on the beach believe everyone else died on the freighter:(

And Desmond gets his happy ending...awww

I was upset that they didn't use the time machine... but they found a wheel covered in ice under a time machine under a greenhouse.

Anyone else think that maybe that giant wheel is what the polar bears were for? Ben ended up in the same place that dead polar bear was in the Sahara.

It does all add up...
