The Talarians during the Dominion War

What happened to them during the war? I don't remember them being mentioned. Did they sign a non aggression pact? Did the Dominion or Klingons take them over? In TNG they are portrayed as having inferior weapons to the Federation and had to rely on guerrilla warfare tactics.

By the time of DS9 they were at peace with the Federation, so there was no reason to bring them up.
