I just found this gem on Youtube recently. Does anyone remember this? It was a hilarious sketch they did on Mad TV years ago.

Probably one of the best ones they ever did! It was called "The Kirk and Spock Variety Hour" and.....well you just gotta see it. It's a hoot!

Thank you. I've been looking for that online for quite some time, and it's one of my favorite Trek parodies ever. I've had such little luck, I was beginning to think I hallucinated the experience of watching the thing. The idea of mixing Star Trek and Laugh In is so oddly perfect, it seems almost like an inside joke. I felt the same way when I first saw Trek Minimates.

Edit: Wasn't there another one they did? I seem to remember Klingons invading the show and lining up to attack Kirk who judo chops them one at a time.

They had one segment which was supposed to be an episode of Star Trek broadcast entirely in Spanish. There was a Klingon in that. I think that's the one you might be referring to.

My brother's college friend Andrew Daly used to be on the cast of Mad TV for a few years.
