If Billy Butcher is really going out of the show then yes but no way are they going to make 'The Boys' without the character. I highly doubt they would end it this early though. At least another season.Frenchy's "not again" reaction to the chickens made me crack up.
Also, maybe I'm just looking too hard at something that isn't there, but is anyone else getting "final season" vibes off that?
According to IMDB the character is named Firecracker played by Valorie Curry.Do we know who the new redhead who appears to be with The 7 is?
I didn't see Gen V yet, out of curiosity was the inconsistencies with continuity ever explained?Apparently two cast members from Gen V, Maddie Phillips as Cate Dunlap and Asa Germann as Sam Rirodan, are both in the new trailer, but I missed them.
It looks Gen V might end up being a pretty important part of the new season.

What inconsistency? Gen V is fitted near seamless into Boys continuity as far as i remember.
Other people know better than I do but I believe Gen V is set at the same time as 'The Boys' season 4 and what we see at the end of Gen V is basically what we will see somewhere along the line of season 4 of The Boys.In the Gen V thread (maybe I have the wrong board?), posters were saying that the timeline didn't match up with Vought keeping their supers program a secret. I think there were also a few other things--anyway, I didn't bother watching Gen V after some of the things I read about.
The Boys S4 takes place directly after Gen V S1. The Presidential election will be in the season premiere of The Boys while they were still campaigning in the season finale of Gen V.Other people know better than I do but I believe Gen V is set at the same time as 'The Boys' season 4 and what we see at the end of Gen V is basically what we will see somewhere along the line of season 4 of The Boys.
I watched the first season. That was plenty.I have never seen an episode of this, and the trailers never gave me anything more than needless 'edgy gore and action to be cool'. And this trailer did the same. Which sucks because Karl Urban is the goat.
So the plan is one more season of the Boys and Gen V and the Boys Mexico? Are they wrapping up the franchise? The Boys S4 takes place directly after Gen V S1. The Presidential election will be in the season premiere of The Boys while they were still campaigning in the season finale of Gen V.
Aside from the fact Gen V is getting a second season (which starts filming in a month or so) and that a Mexican spin-off is in development, there's been no word regarding future plans for the franchise. So the plan is one more season of the Boys and Gen V and the Boys Mexico? I would have said the same thing about "the Walking Dead" and Rick Grimes when it started. If Billy Butcher is really going out of the show then yes but no way are they going to make 'The Boys' without the character. I highly doubt they would end it this early though. At least another season.
