Hello, time to do TNG for the best season game.

i will have a poll where you can vote for the best season.

And after the winner for TNG we will go to the next show.

After we have picked the best season from each show, then we will have a poll for the best season from each show and see what season wins at of all star treks.

It's time to find out what season is the best.

Voted for the 4th season. very difficult to try and pick a single season as there are so many great episodes.

Third season for me. The consistency hit the stratosphere, particularly with such good episodes as Yesterday's Enterprise, Sins of the Father, Sarek, The Best of Both Worlds, The Survivors, Deja Q, The Defector, The Enemy, The Offspring, and Hollow Pursuits.

Well said. It's hard to pick a legitimately bad episode in S3. It has the highest number of great episodes.

I used to think Season 6 was my fave but from playing this game recently I discovered I actually prefer Season 5. I do like Season 3 but there are several episodes I don't care for.

Close between season 2 and 3, but I opted for 2 as I suspected it would need more love. It melded the 'rawness' and genuine unknown of season 1 with the better acting and stories of season 3.

Season 2 represents the show before it got its 'formula' and became very... for lack of a better word, "comfortable". Even the lighting of the sets and the music fell into that.

Season 2 has an edge, a bit rough around the edges... and still gives us great fare like "A Matter Of Honour", "Measure of A Man", "Contagion", "Q Who", "Peak Performance"...the list goes on. More hits than misses.

Season 3 is a great season and I initially assumed it would be my favorite, but I went through each season, totaling up what I consider GREAT episodes:

Season 1: 11
Season 2: 12
Season 3: 18
Season 4: 22
Season 5: 13
Season 6: 20
Season 7: 17


Surprisingly to me, looks like season 4 takes #1, followed by season 6, then season 3, 7, 5,2, & 1.

Season 4 is neck and neck with season three, but season three wins by a nose!

Season 3 is the best season of any Star Trek series with the possible exception of Season 6 of DS9.

Looks like Season 3 wins, don't know why but the date has changed for the poll.

Season 3. So many excellent episodes in that season. 4 is good as well, but it has more average episodes than 3.

The only season in Trek that rivals it for me is Voyager's Season 4 and maybe DS9 Season 5.

I think Seasons 3 and 4 are really tied but I still voted for the latter as just a bit more enjoyable, in both the characters and stories were really good.
