So, just a little background:
Back in August of 2012, I began to design these printable Blu-ray inserts for the Star Trek: The Next Generation Blu-ray sets as a way to be able to read the contents of each season set without having to remove the first disc. Now, some have pointed out that you can just simply reverse the artwork already available in the case -- and while that's certainly true, frankly it looks odd (to me anyway) and makes the inside of the set look ugly with all the outside artwork and information showing through the case. These inserts, on the other hand, avoid all of that and are made to fit perfectly under the two plastic prongs that are designed to hold printed material inside the Blu-ray case.
Originally, I just did one per season, but soon it became apparent that others preferred different background images, so I eventually came up with three styles to choose from for each season, meaning there are now a total of 21 inserts. (Thanks must be given to TrekCore for providing high-quality 1080p screencaps from the Blu-rays themselves for me to use.) The inserts were also originally just flattened RGB PNGs, but now I've made them all CMYK Photoshop PDFs with embedded text so they should print out nice and sharp and with the correct colors.
Since then, I've also added another 21 variations as episode guides with short synopses of each episode. For these, I recommend test printing in black & white first on normal paper to make sure you can properly see the synopsis text as it is very small and some may have difficulty reading. When you print, make sure your zoom is set to 100% and that it is not being scaled in any way. Printed size for all 42 should be 4.75 x 5.75 inches. For final printing, I recommend glossy Kodak photo paper (48 lb., 6.5 mil).
