Haha I watched this yesterday randomly and also wanted to know. I'd never heard about it either. The fact she says "could not tell you either of their names" means it can't have been very memorable or long term

Maybe a few of them went for drinks one night and something random happened, who knows.

You'd think it would be one of the actors she worked with, she only really shared scenes with Tom Paris, Tuvok, the Doctor and Starling didn't she? (been ages since I watched it)

If I remember the episode properly, she only appears with three of male actors in the episode: Robert Duncan McNeil (and he's been ruled out), Tim Russ and Robert Picardo. I know people are guessing Garrett Wang because he has something of a reputation in Voyager's early seasons, but I'm thinking maybe it was Tim Russ.
