RIP Teri Garr

Rear Admiral
Rear Admiral
Teri Garr passed away today at the age of 79. Although renown for her many standout rolls over an illustrious career in Hollywood, to those on this board she will always be Roberta Lincoln from "Assignment Earth" (though apparently she really didn't enjoy that gig).

RIP.

And I still think Dustin Hoffman's character in Tootsie should have realized what a prize Teri Garr's character was.

She grew up in my home town in NJ. Here she is (on the left) in 1957 with some local kids, including two of my older cousins.

RIP - I looked her up and saw name Roberta Lincoln - incorrectly assumed she was in the episode with Abraham Lincoln (having a brain fart, I know its Season 3 and has all those other historical figures in it too)

I'll have to re-watch Assignment: Earth so I can appreciate her work. RIP
