Replicators vs Star Trek Galaxy

Civ001

Lieutenant Junior Grade
Red Shirt
So What would happen if the Replicators from the Ida Galaxy decided to invade the ST reality by going through a portal? There is only one Replicator ship that came into the ST reality and it is somewhere in the Beta Quadrant.
Rules:
1.) No Q interferance or any omnipoint being
2.) No technobable to save the day
3.) Discuss tactics that is in this vs scenario
That is it for now I will update some later on. I am not sure if Vs debates are ok in the main ST forum so I am not sure if this is ok here

The Replicators are from the Stargate SG-1 universe to people who have never seen SG-1. Also the Asurans could come in later if the Replicators evolved more.

Imagine if they got onto a Federation ship and tried to recruit the replicators they found there. Quite the challenge, trying to get food synthesizers to revolt against their masters.

but the replicators are defeated by technobabble on stargate.

so i vote to break your rules and use technobabble.

The Enterprise re-modulates the Deflector Dish and creates an inverted phased tachyon pulse beam that disrupts the power of the replicator ship. The beam also has the side effect of causing a subspace rupture which will have to be sealed through use of a polaric neutrino field inverter that *shot*

I HAD to post technobabble somewhere, lol.

But anyway, I don't know much about the Replicators (Never really watch Stargate), but I'd think the ST galaxy would win. Why? The Borg. Also, if 8472 are included then its major ownage time.

Unless you didn't mean the ENTIRE galaxy.

they would have to wait for the replicators to land on a planet and start replicating. Then obliterate the planet. If that couldn't be accomplished then the trek universe would be screwed cause I don''t think they have the technological know how of the asguard and ancients. and no technobabble

Wouldn't massive Electromagnetic pulse bombs easily destroy the replicators...

Like the borg they always adapted. They way they were killed off in the milky way was to dial every stargate and hit them all at once so they never had a chance to adapt. In the pegasus galaxy they had to attract them to one another on a planet and blow it up.

Energy weapons only worked if their cypher took the replicators attraction to one another away(what ever that means)
