Ranking the Space opera shows that I've seen all or almost all of:

Great Space Opera

Star Trek TNG
Firefly
Doctor Who
Star Trek DS9
Babylon 5
Stargate SG-1
Dune (mini series)
Children of Dune (mini series)

Good Space Opera:

Star Wars: The Clone Wars
Farscape (Seasons 1 and 3 specifically)
Star Trek TOS
Futurama
Star Trek VOY
Star Trek ENT Season 3/4
Stargate Atlantis
Dark Matter Season 1
Crusade

Weak Space Opera:

Farscape Seasons 2 and 4
Star Trek Enterprise Seasons 1 and 2
Star Wars Rebels

Bad Space Opera:

Battlestar Galactica Reboot
Star Trek Discovery

This doesn't include shows that I only saw a few episodes of, or the Bad and Weak sections would definitely have more entries (stuff like The Expanse, Blake's 7, etc).

1. Doctor Who
2. Farscape
3. Futurama
4. Deep Space 9
5. Babylon 5
7. The Next Generation
8. Blake's 7
9. Firefly
10. Battlestar Galactica (2004, except the second half of final season)

I have a hard time come up with specific ranks since which shows I like better can change from minute to minute depending on my mood, so I'll just list my favorites in no particular order.

Star Trek (whole franchise)
Star Wars: The Clone Wars & Rebels
Firefly
Stargate: SG-1 & Atlantis
Farscape
RDM Battlestar Galactica
The Expanse
Killjoys
Doctor Who
Babylon 5
The Orville
Dark Matter
Would Caprica or Krypton count? Caprica was set on another planet, but we never actually saw the characters in space. There was one episode where some characters went to another planet, but I believe we saw them prepare to leave Caprica and then arrive on the other planet, but I don't think we ever saw them in space. I haven't seen all of Krypton, but other than one quick scene with Brainiac, we never saw anyone leave Krypton in the episodes I saw, and from the bits I've seen and read it doesn't look like they did in the later episodes either.

#1. STAR TREK: The Next Generation
#2. The remainder of the entire STAR TREK franchise
#3. Children of Dune (mini-series)
#4. Battlestar Galactica (mostly for Starbucks)
And ... that's pretty much all I'm familiar with regarding sci-fi television ... in a nutshell.

Not sure I have seen 10 space operas but:

Farscape
Star Trek: TNG
Star Trek: DS9
Babylon 5
Reboot Battlestar Galactica
Firefly
Star Trek: Enterprise
Star Trek
Star Trek: Voyager
The Orville (provisionally)
Star Trek: Discovery (provisionally)

I dunno...

Trek TOS
Farscape
The Orville
Firefly...

I don't think of nuBSG as particularly space opera-ish.

My number one's always the same:

Battlestar Galactica (both versions, so, tie.)

After that, the rest of my top ten change positions every time I answer the question, but most of the shows on it show up every time:

Space: Above and Beyond
Stargate SG-1
Star Trek TOS
Buck Rogers in the 25th Century
Star Trek DS9
Doctor Who
Dark Matter
Star Trek ENT
Lost In Space (2018)
