The article mentioned that Janeway will be in the first wave this fall even though she’s not pictured, and Rok-Tahk will be in 2023.

As for the StarFleet uniforms, Aaron Waltke responded to someone aksing about that on Twitter that this is only the first wave, implying the SF cadet versions will come eventually.

Runs are not that big, 4 to 5, and cadet uniforms would be premature.
 
What?! No Caitian Kitten figurine?! :wah:

Just being a wise acre.
For all we know, her striking down the slave master may be the conclusion of her arc and that's the last we'll see of her.
Not enough screen time to warrant an action figure. Now, if they ever do a Lower Decks line, I'll be quite grumpy if they don't release a Dr. T'Ana! :brickwall:

I thought the caitian kid might have been a write-in for a child to voice act, but I'd be delighted if she played a bigger part next season!
 
Those look fantastic. Hoping the toys can bring more kids to the show and the show can bring more kids to the toys - which would create more opportunities for other Trek merch.
