Prison Break Season 5 (Spoilers)

SAndrews10

Fleet Captain
Fleet Captain
Went through a couple pages and didn't see a thread. What did everyone think of the first episode. T-Bag is finally out legally. C-Note has found religion and sounds/talks like a different person (inflection, timbre if I closed my eyes I wouldn't believe it was the same actor. My guess is the government comendered Mike and using him as a prison break expert breaking high value targets out all over the world. Oh and Sara's new husband is in on it.

No way would someone like T Bag just get let out ever. Someone pulled strings to get him out and outfit him with a robotic hand.

I agree about Sara's husband. He just got shot in the leg. We know that someone wanted Lincoln dead so why wasn't the new husband killed? Just shot in the leg. He's definitely connected to the bad guys.

I love C Note's line after kicking scumbag ass..."Greetings from the U.S. prison system, bitches!"

We really have to take some serious suspension of disbelief to accept T-Bag being released legally.

The man is a sex offender, a murderer, and he escaped from Fox River at least twice. He's violent and crazy. There is no way he gets out. But it's a show, so we need to just roll with it.

Kellerman just oozes sleaze. I doubt that they brought the show back just to make Michael a bad guy. Things aren't as they seem. They'll explain it but it's Prison Break so it might not make complete sense.

You guys forgot ....SUCRE!!!!!!!

Definitely a major plan coming up...hopefully it makes SOME sense.

T-Bag...well, every since his hand got chopped off... he's just been a fantasy character. And now, this new biomechanical hand...an excuse to let RObert Knepper

p.s. Tangent... Robert Knepper has the lok, and acting ability, to do Abraham Lincoln...is there any way he could portray him in something?

Ok...So Michael failed at a prison break....Twice?????
And what happened to his brain tumor?
And will we ever here an Arrow verse joke?

Well, they did do a "Prison Break" joke on Flash where Captain Cold says "No prison can hold me."

And on Legends CC made the "We could get ourselves thrown in prison and breakout, it'd be like old times" comment to Rory.

RIP Kellerman

And of course Sara's husband is Poseidon. That was pretty obvious when the assassin shot him in the leg and left him alive. She easily could've shot him in the head. She had the time.

What a waste of Kellerman. Too bad.

Can't wait to see where all this goes... and did I miss where T-Bag became "good"?

Honestly as a "prison break" the show didn't really deliver very well, but it's being a better 24 than the new 24.

The gradual fall or takeover of a city by ISIS has been pretty interesting.

I had a good chuckle when Theodore had to call the police for help.
As for the rest, it is kinda the same as before, just with another, more interesting, background.

And I didn't recognize Poseidon as being Sara's new husband, I just thought, well, I haven't seen the older seasons in a while and just couldn't place that character there.

Sorry to see Kellerman go.

And hopefully Sucre arrives with his boat in time, at least he gets the credits every episode, good for residuals I hope.

The wife and I are watching it, we watched the entire series previously. Lots of little things to nitpick, but as someone who attended Ithaca College, and doesn't live too far from Ithaca now, seeing their Ithaca is pretty funny. I know they film those scenes in Vancouver, but they could have picked a smaller town to film in. I think that's my biggest gripe, which is pretty lame, I know.

Are yo sure they said Ithaca College...maybe they meant MYTHaca?

No, I went to Ithaca College, but they said it takes place in Ithaca, NY, where Ithaca C. and Cornell are located. I can guarantee you there's no highway going through it, there are only a few buildings with more than 10 floors and it's nowhere as big as they show it. No big FBI office, plus they didn't even show Cayuga Lake, which Ithaca is situated on, it's one of the biggest of the Finger Lakes.

I know, it's a lame gripe, but it's something that makes me laugh.

Wow..no one has watched for a month?

Crazy end to the season...can that hand thing actually work? Seems like it should be more complex than that...and did anyone notice that the whole time?

And sad about Whip... I still don't know if they REALLY explained his significance?
