So we're on round 1 of P90X and I'm using it to get back to my goal weight of 165lbs and 8% body fat from about 3 years ago (I'm 191lbs now with 18% body fat now
).
Anyway, since I've been doing it, I've achieved some significant strength gains, and my measurements have been improving. I used to do a lot of sports and weight training and I have to say, for someone who's gone from being a student with the amount of disposable time required to have a good physique, to a 9-5 working stiff, this is like having your own personal trainer/nutritionist.
On top of all that, the workouts are absolute murder!
