P90X - Who's Doing It?

So we're on round 1 of P90X and I'm using it to get back to my goal weight of 165lbs and 8% body fat from about 3 years ago (I'm 191lbs now with 18% body fat now :( ).

Anyway, since I've been doing it, I've achieved some significant strength gains, and my measurements have been improving. I used to do a lot of sports and weight training and I have to say, for someone who's gone from being a student with the amount of disposable time required to have a good physique, to a 9-5 working stiff, this is like having your own personal trainer/nutritionist.

On top of all that, the workouts are absolute murder! :D Fun, but brutal :)

So has anyone else tried this program and what (if any) fitness goals have you realized?

I work out regularly, but I hadn't been making any real gains for several months, no matter what I did. P90X really intrigued me to the point where I bought it. I hoped it would help me bust through my plateau.

That was about a month ago. I only did the first workout (chest and back), and then work started to get in the way, and I haven't been able to do anything else. The main problem is that I usually only have time to workout late at night, and I live in an apartmet, so the last thing I want to do is be running and jumping around while my downstairs neighbors are trying to sleep.

I will say that the first workout was incredibly intense, so I can only assume the rest are the same. Hell, I barely got through half of it before I felt like throwing up! Hopefully I'll be able to get back to it soon.
