Look at Games 3, 4, & 6 also, you can't blame the team for every single goal/loss. If you are paying a goalie that much, you need him to steal a game or two, Luongo hasn't done that.

Been a fun playoff run, definitely gained a lot more hockey appreciation as it went along.

Very awesome to see Tim Thomas reach the pinnacle of the hockey world. He's really one of the most likable guys in the league, and one of my favorite players.

Also, thrilled that the last active player from my '91 Cup heroes goes out a 3x Champ! He certainly didn't look like a man in his forties tonight. Congrats, Recchin' Ball!

Sympathies Canucks fans. It sucks to watch a great team reach the SCF only to get piled with injuries. I'm pretty certain that they'll get another shot at the Cup soon. It's too well built of a team to think otherwise.
