Miguel O'Hara's mutation in Spider-Man 2099

During the original run of Spider-Man 2099, how far reaching was Miguel's mutation, were there other changes in his body besides the ones we know about, and why didn't he mutate any further like Seth Brundle in "The Fly"?

And what was actually happening with and in his body during the mutation and how much of the original human was left after it?

It seemed all that happened in terms of the physical mutation was him growing fangs, the talons on his fingertips and his eyes turning red.

As to why he didn't mutate further, the accident that gave him his powers was based on a Super-Soldier treatment he had invented. Even if it went berserk in his case, it was still meant to be a controlled process where the nonhuman DNA wouldn't keep integrating itself past a certain point. It wasn't a totally random thing like the Spider biting Peter was.

Think there must have been some extensive internal changes to his organs, considering what happened to his teeth, his eyes and his body producing venom and web.

Wonder how different his organs and the way they work are, compared to before.
