The two-hour finale of season four is finally here and hopefully we'll be getting the answers to the season's most important questions...

1) How did the Oceanic 6 get off the island?

2) Why these particular six? and...

3) Why are they perpetrating a cover-up?

I can't wait to see how all this comes together. Here's the episode synopsis...

"The face-off between the survivors and the freighter people continues, and the Oceanic Six find themselves closer to rescue."

* Part 1 which aired two weeks ago will be shown again before the finale, giving us a three-hour block of Lost and from what I understand, we'll be getting a scene or two that was cut from the original airing.

Excited!

In fact, I'm looking forward to this finale so much that I even had a dream last week that I was watching it. I seem to remember Hurley, Sun and the rest in a black inflatable raft.

I also managed to remain almost completely spoiler free, I even hit the mute button and turned away from the TV whenever I saw the promo. Didn't even look at the YouTube link above. I caught Locke facing a big metal door, but that's it. I did hear though that we'll find out who was in the coffin from the season three finale. I also suspect that we'll get a surprise involving Sawyer, but that's just me and I could be wrong. I'll talk more about that after the episode. Maybe.

I've also managed to stay spoiler free. I haven't even watched the promos! I'm so excited!

And speaking of dreams, I haven't had my annual wacko dream about the finale! Those dreams are so much fun!

There were six sneak peaks released that I avoided because I read that it revealed something about a character that's kinda big.

Spoiler: There's no place like home.

Kate finds a pair of ruby slippers in the jungle. After putting them on, she clicks her heals 3 times while holding hands with Jack, Hurley, Sun, Sayid, and Aaron. They all end up back in a Kansas Barn with a blonde girl who's looking for someone called Clark, but none of them know who he is.

I haven't watched any clips or anything. In fact, this is the first time I've even looked in this forum (as far as I can recall, anyway) since the last episode aired.

Oh boy oh boy oh boy oh boy! This is going to be awesome! I can't freaking wait! I'm mostly spoiler free so I'm ready to be shocked with the most amazing finale ever!
Oh yeah and guess what I found out...

Spoiler: The BIG SECRET

It turns out the "frozen donkey wheel" is actually a frozen donkey wheel! They go down into the Orchid and there's this donkey frozen midstep in the donkey wheel. Ben busts out a flamethrower and melts the ice and gets the donkey moving again. Suddenly, the Island disappears in a puff of smoke and reappears on the surface of one of the lesser moons of Endor. Many yub yubs are heard and there is great rejoicing for some reason....

Talk about crazy!

I believe the technical term is "W00t"!

This is gonna be great... I bet the O6 don't get off the island, only almost do... and the cliffhanger will be either the island popping into some weird place/time for a big WTF? reveal or the "move" not working at all ["It's not my fault!"] and them staring down the barrel of Keamy's guns as we fade to black.

So what was the significance of Hurley's Head-Charlie being replaced by Head-Baltar and Locke saying "By your command"?
