Just finished it and it was very enjoyable. It’s a pity they didn’t do it in Clone Wars animation to make it more epic.
The ending sequence of Death Star 2.0 was nicely done. Such a shame Palpatine had his revelation just before he died. The Vader vs Vader fight was fun as well.
One thing they forgot to add was Rey mentioning that Palpatine was her grandfather. That would have confused him big time.

This is now canon in my head. :)

This was a LEGO project, so there was no way they would have ever done it in the Clone Wars style.

This was just another one of the many Lego specials they do, nothing really any more special than the other ones from what I've seen. Okay for young kids, but not all that interesting.

Yeah, it was rather forgettable and I doubt I'll ever find myself wanting to watch it again. Still, I did love the absolute glee that it seemed to take in having Han shoot first. The guy voicing the emperor seemed to be having a really good time. I was kind of hoping it would lean more into the schock of the holiday special but not unexpected.

I thought it was okay. I wish that Episode IX had used a version of this storyline to really bring home the idea of the Skywalker Saga ending. I wouldn't have minded it being a little longer if only to throw in more characters from across the franchise. I felt that Rebels and Resistance got shortchanged. I don't recall seeing Ahsoka either. I saw one Rogue One Deathtrooper but having one or more Rogue One character in the special as well would've been nice.

Watched it. Was OK. Definitely not in the target audience (kids - I'm older than dirt). Neat to see that they landed some of the original actors (C3PO, Rose, Lando) and used some of the voice actors from Clone Wars and Rebels. Was OK, for what it was....

I loved it! It had the usual humour one expects from the Lego universe and all the time travelling was so fun! Way better than the original. :techman:

I thought it was too much Christmas. The original Holiday Special aired between Thanksgiving and Christmas, like this one, but it wasn't in any way tied to a specific Earth holiday.

This one was too much tied to Christmas. Evergreen tree, snow (for those people in the northern hemisphere), ugly sweater, giving presents, decorating....

Other than that, it was cute.
