Last movie you saw?

Gremlins. Quite possibly my favorite Christmas movie.
Definitely a holiday classic... but I just wonder one thing. It says you never feed a Mogwai after midnight. But technically, since midnight starts the day, every time of the day is after midnight. So do you just never feed them?

Also, of it's really humid, can you get unintentional multiplication?

It's never stated specifically, but my theory is that it's dangerous to feed the Mogwai between midnight and sunrise. Bright light is deadly to the Mogwai, so it's only reasonable to assume that less bright light would also affect them somehow.

Your second question's a good one.

We watched Red One. It was ok but I don't see it becoming a classic holiday movie. It has some tome problems IMO.

If you want to see a movie that could become a Christmas classic, I highly recommend 'That Christmas' on Netflix. It's really really good. It's got a good story and a lot of heart, and the animation is some of the best I've seen.

Ohhh yeah, imagine setting a Gremlins movie in a tropical rainforest...

The last movie I saw at home was Black Christmas (1974) last night. R.I.P. Olivia Hussey. Such a fantastic horror film.

The last movie I saw at the theater was Queer (2024) last weekend. Absolutely beautiful film about loneliness and longing for communication and connection.

Both got five stars out of five from me.

kind of sort of watching the old Rambo movies on Plutotv this morning. that and Ghost of Frankenstein was on late at night last night or earlier this morning on the Monsters channel on plutotv

Blue Beetle is a much better than I thought it would be. In fact, I'll go so far to say it's probably been one of my favourite Superhero movies to come out in years, and is one of DC's best in recent years. I felt like it had brought fun back to DC movies.

I want to restart watching all the Mission Impossible movies from the very first one with the silly train tunnel bit at the end right to the last one with the silly AI bad guy.

Didn't Moscow get nuked in one of these movies? Im wondering how they went over that into the next movie and it never really became a plot ooint.
