Mark Millar isn't always the most reliable source when it comes to unearthing information (back in 2004, he famously bet Harry Knowles that James Caviezel was Superman in Bryan Singer's movie... Brandon Routh would of course end up being cast instead). So the next tidbit he exclusively reveals should be taken with a shaker of salt until it can be officially reported.
Millar has formed and is launching new UK magazine entitled Clint where he plans to distribute the comic-book sequel to his own comic series Kick-Ass, which spawned a movie that came out in April. The comic, currently entitled Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Wall, will also act as the springboard for a sequel to the movie which is slated for production starting next year for a 2012 cinematic release.

Furthermore, Kick-Ass director Matthew Vaughn just signed a deal to direct X-Men: First Class for a June 2011 release, so who knows if Vaughn will make Kick-Ass 2 his next project after First Class or if the sequel will have to find another director. Also, there are no details on a distributor, financing, writer, et al, so again, don't put too much stock into this until there's been an official word on the matter.
