Hmmmms... the epic awesomeness of Kirk/Janeway spawn? Imagine the hellion of starship captain that would be? Think the Borg would be ready for that child?
I'd say Janeway was the most Kirk-like of the TNG era captains. I had hopes that the show would have gone toward a more TOS era vibe as a way of reworking and examining the premises of TNG. One of DS9's strengths came from challenging and questioning the assumptions of the parent show, TNG.Janeway/Kirk is my new favorite ship. It's so epic I can't believe I never entertained it before. Obviously whoever thought of it has a much more creative mind than mine.
And there are redheads in Kirk's family. Imagine a redheaded daughter of Kirk and Janeway with the "death talk to the hand" as another poster put it? Q help the Borg Queen.
I had hopes of a Janeway, initially hidebound in Federation/Starfleet protocol who comes to question those assumptions and remakes her ship into something closer to TOS as Voyager's life would be far more similar to Kirk's Enterprise- a ship alone beyond the boarders of the Federation.
Were these films among your preferences or were they pushed by him? Would he like to continue having dinner and dessert with his films? Or in the words of Kathryn 'Mae West' Janeway:
So I showed this to my husband . . . . . .
And this was his reasoning: we went on date Saturday and went and saw The Hangover Part II, went to Applebee's, and Dairy Queen, and spent a good hour making out under the stars in the park.
And then on Monday he, my little sister, and I went and saw Thor while my mom babysat the baby.
That's his reasoning.

In some ways, her character did go that direction. Janeway was a bit closer to the Picard side of the scale in the really early part of the show and flew over to the Kirk side by the end.

It sounds like you have a suitable a curiculum vitae for an ambassadorship. Perhaps, the summer movie scene would be better enjoyed with alternates to restaurants- wine, blankets, stars, the distant music of the Luau, the whales breaching out in the bay, the moon setting on the horizon of the beach... annoying sandflies forgotten in a whispered breath and wisp of hair on the cheek. Life is an emotion in motion. Were these films among your preferences or were they pushed by him? Would he like to continue having dinner and dessert with his films? Hangover was my idea.
Applebee's his.
Dairy Queen mine.
The park well . . . . I feel awkward kissing him with my little sister living with us so I guess it was mine.
I got dragged to Thor by both of them and ended up enjoying it.
Scald-proof crotch patches, Janeway/Kirk, eyepatches, Kate in uniform! A good couple pages there.
I recall a con video on YouTube where someone asked KM who would win in a fight between Janeway and Kirk - her answer was that Janeway would seduce Kirk, and while his guard was down, she'd shoot him in the face.
But, yeah. I figure a Janeway/Kirk child would either be an insanely awesome Starfleet legend, OR he/she would turn against the organization altogether and crush the whole galaxy under his or her boot. It would indeed be an epic 'ship!
