Oh, Chase...that haircut sucks! "Did Cameron get your hair in the divorce?" :guffaw:

I was just going to mention that. I noticed his hair cut and then House spouts that.
Looks like everyone got a weird haircut. I thought I was watching a rerun or something.

Then again, it is a new decade, so maybe new hair styles are in order.

House just needs to grow his hair back out to the scraggly mess it usually is. The complere #2 clippers cut doesn't suit him.

Man...... that's brutal. The good guy, dies painfully, knowing his wife who hasn't seen him in 18 months has to watch... and knowing he's in essence betrayed the cohort who would have died for him

Other than the color, that kid of looks like my couch.

On the episode: I'm giving it an excellent. The POTW stuff was so-so, the B-Plot with the Doclings, Forman and the pay stuff was boring, but the "triangle" between Wilson, House, and Nora was awesome.

I love it when Wilson beats House at his own game. :techman:

The way this show goes.... I wouldn't make that call just yet.....

Yeah, thanks to House, Nora hates them both.

Sad end for the cop, great ending with House and Wilson. Now I'm going to have "One" stuck in my head.

Rated this one excellent, because of the pure House/Wilson goodness. The POTW story got more interesting as the show went on.

What is happening next week that pre-empts "House" ?

Second night of the 24 Premiere.

Which reminds me I need to find out when they're scheduling "Lie To Me" as well.

I'm thinking better of the POTW storyline. It wasn't at all about the medical condition but more about the motivation of the patient, the lengths to which he'd go to see justice done. In the end he loses his life, his family and the fellow drug runner who it turns out was truly feeling sorry for him and willing to die for him.

I didn't care for this one. It was nothing but a bunch of adults who should know better pulling puerile pranks on one another. The one part of it that was entertaining was Wilson outmaneuvering House with his "proposal." The rest was just sophomoric and annoying. Not only do they seem to have completely abandoned the arc of House actually improving as a person, but they've dragged everyone else down to his level now.

For once, the medical case was more interesting than the character stuff. Mainly because it wasn't so much about the patient having a different kind of seizure or collapse at every act break but was more about unearthing his non-medical secrets. Although the subplot of the undercover cop having to betray the dealer who thought of him as a friend was undermined by its parallels with the doctors lying to each other for far more infantile and shallow reasons. It's sad that the most sympathetic character in this episode was a drug dealer.

I kinda' have to agree with Christopher on this one. Humorous moments and all, sure...but what happened to House's character arc?

It's like they're just hiring writers, describing basic character traits and telling them to write an episode.

Writer - "What about the character's history's? Their arcs?"

Producer - "Don't worry about that, we're the #1 show in America, just write something amusing."
