Has there ever been a Kryptonian Green Lantern?

Been thinking, any Kryptonian Green Lantern would have had to be from the past, from before Krypton was destroyed and before the Krypton civil wars. Was the Corps created before the Krpyton Civil War? Also, since the Power Ring is limited only by the imagination and will power of its wearer, could a post Civil War Kryptonian leave Krypton by having the Power Ring Cure him of the genetic fault or just keep him alive because it can?
Didn't the ring keep Sodam Yat alive despite a case of terminal lead poisoning? Presumably it could do the same with a Kryptonian genetic link to his birthplanet.
In Alan Moore's unrealized "Twilight of the Superheroes", a ring-powered daxamite called Sodal Yat kills Superman.
