Former world champion Kimi Raikkonen will return to Formula 1 next season after signing a two-year deal with Renault, who will become Lotus in 2012.

The 32-year-old left F1 at the end of 2009 to pursue a career in rallying.

The Finn had talks with Williams about a return to F1 next season, but a deal fell through.

"My hunger for F1 has recently become overwhelming," said Raikkonen. "It was an easy choice to return with Lotus Renault GP."

So that's the last 6 WDCs all on the grid next year: Vettel, Button, Hamilton, Raikkonen, Alonso and Schumacher.
 
ahh that sucks i like senna. he's probably not any better than petrov, but that helmet goes with the black and gold nicely
 
Renault really needs to include a contract provision about it's drivers extracurricular activities.
 
Everyone seen the news that Bruno Senna has signed for Williams?

Let us just hope he has better luck with them than his Uncle did.
