I noticed that the first 3 seasons fo primeval were aviable on amazon prime. and I was wondering if this show is any good?:confused::confused::confused:

I love Primeval. It's fun, features some cool creatures, and has a good plot to go along with it. Oh, and just to warn you, the show was canceled after Season 3, and when it was revived for Season 4 all but two of the original cast members left. One of the new cast members was Alexander Siddig, so that's a big plus for DS9 fans.

It was poor from that start and didn't get any better. Occasionally it was cringe-makingly poor.

Anyone know when we can expect Season 4 on Netflix, if it comes there at all?

well I finished the first 2 seasons and I am hooked.

now I got question about amazon prime I was wondering as I looking at the star trek video's especially ds9 that you can buy the first five season but not season's 6 & 7 why is that?

And now you have to download the the music video catalog of s-club seven to laugh your ass off about a 19 year old "Abby" line dancing in a teen idol popgroup.

She's just so little and adorably dinky.

I've only seen the first two seasons, but PRIMEVAL is a lot of fun. Especially the episode with the raptors in the shopping mall.

I'm really curious to see the 4th season because they apparently start dealing with some people who come through an anomoly, which is something we didn't see much (at all?) in the first three seasons.

I enjoy it. I'm watching (Season 5?4?) the latest on BBCAmerica. It's an amusing series. Some episodes are dumb but most of them are interesting and fun.

Primeval is generally quite fun, but changeable in quality. The first started off OK, second improved, third had a good idea for the ongoing plot but rather went no where. When it came to 4 and 5, a lot changed and a lot seemed poorly done but again there was a good idea here and there.

Now we're getting a North American spin off and a possible movie still in the works. I still hold enough interest that I will check them out.

I just watched the whole Show, from S1-S5 over the Thanksgiving weekend, and enjoyed it all. S1-S2 is a story arc of it's own, S3 advances that Story Arc, and brings it to a head, and then S4-S5 is another seperate Story Arc, that advances what came before.

S3, perhaps should've been a little shorter like the otehr 4 Series, but, overall, I really enjoy the whole Show. Looking forward to the Canadian Spinoff and what they do with it, since S5 ended so well, and Canada is going to do their own, I am assuming the existing show won't be continued any further. Nice wrap up, IMHO.

Shame about how often the cast changed, but, I think I really enjoyed most of the characters. Never really got into Stephen, and Sarah didn't really contribute much, but, everyone else was pretty good, IMHO.

^Apparently the spin off is going to be in the same universe, dealing with the spreading anomalies though with few or no connections to the original in terms of story or character.
