I checked with the first edition of the 'Compendium' and 'The Cage' is listed as Episode #1, 'Where No Man Has Gone Before' as Episode #2, 'The Menagerie' is listed as #16, #17 is 'Shore Leave' and 'Turnabout Intruder' is listed as #79.
