Fellas: Pants Bulge

My problem is a stomach bulge! For your problem, go to an upscale clothier in your area. The career fitters can help you choose more appropriate trousers. Or, maybe there's something which will gently re-mold you.

I remember back in Catholic school, when I wore dress pants, that the morning erection would always hit me in the very crowded homeroom. I always had to figure out a way to block it.

That's when you walk out holding your backpack in front of your crotch.

Sometimes.

I swear, in junior high, if it weren't in the name, you'd think backpacks were meant to be carried in front of you because almost every boy did it on the way out of class.

Later, in high school, as your skills as a padawan progressed, you became more adept at concealing your lightsaber.

OP: Woman here, and I rarely notice men's bulges. It'd have to be extremely abnormal to catch my attention. I agree with a few other posters that boxers would help you look less... prominent.

Same here. I never notice and I was totally clueless back in school. I know I'm on the more naive side, but I really doubt a lot of women notice.

Honestly, it just sounds to me like your pants don't fit.

I mean, can you see the outline of your dick through your pants? Or is it just kind of a bump where the zipper is? I have a pair of pants that have a giant bulge on their own (even when I'm not wearing them) because for some reason the zipper has an odd curve to it.

Avoid pleaded pants. You'll look abnormal, especially when you're sitting down.

I agree with Ted--Hubby doesn't wear pleated pants for this very reason. Pleated pants look good on very few men, imo only the thin and trim. They bag up on anyone else, especially those with extra weight or just a little fat pad in the wrong place.

RoJoHen, that "odd curve in the zipper"? Get rid of the pants unless you want women (and men, too) to be contemplating the sight.

Oh, and women DO look at men that way. Not all women ... and not all men, but many women DO look "right there"--front and center.

Eh, they're a pretty old pair of jeans. I really only wear them when I'm bumming around anyway. I see no reason to get rid of them.

i knew one who did it to me. that's how i got complimented...

There is only so much you can tell from a bulge. My junk looks massive in boxer-briefs, but when wearing normal boxers you wouldn't even know it's there.

RoJoHen, speculation is the fun part. Hubby has a small fat pad in just the right place to make him look, as you say, "massive."

I think that's why he prefers the boxers made with brief-type cotton.

He has a pair of jeans from before we got together (in 1987). They've been patched and his Mom had basically created material from thread (criss-crossing until the hole was filled). I'm not asking him to toss them, he's too sentimentally attached to them.

Old (or poor quality) zippers often do this. The problem's exacerbated if the fit is imprecise. Good quality zippers help a lot. Of course, the ultimate solution is a button fly, but that rather adds other complications if you're ever in a hurry!

Yeah, they are pretty old pants. I don't particularly care; I almost never wear them. They're my last line of defense in the event that I've been too lazy to do my laundry and have no other clean pants.

I'm working at a bank. Well the thought of being around all these women with my steak n' bits sticking out is an incredibly embarrassing idea, not to mention I don't want to be violating the dress code or anything I want to succeed here :p :D

Are you afraid you'll get fired for your junk being to large?
